Various scenarios based on selection criteria

Hello

I have a database of data, by year, by quarter, & by product. I am trying to create a template that allows for the user to select combinations with drop down lists. If they choose a year, they can select either the full year, or any of the individual quarters within that year, & also for ALL products or any individual products.

However, I am having trouble trying to sum the amounts (J9), based on the sections in the yellow cells of the drop down lists.
