Hello, I need your help in decoding this excel formula. The formula is in J156 of a spreadsheet. I am familiar with Vlookup but at the basic level. Your help is greatly appreciated
=VLOOKUP(LEFT(A156,LEN(A156)-2),compensation,MATCH(RIGHT(A156,2),SALSEC)+1, FALSE)
