Good Morning All,
I need to find an array within an array.
I have attached a workbook in which essentially there are many matricies along side one another.
I would like to find a value 1-5 in row 2 of tab 'sub data' based on the date ('sub data' row 1) defined by the value in C1 on the tab 'main page'
Please help
check your upload, as all I get is column headers and "completed" in b3 and g3, tabs as 'Sheet1','Sheet2','Sheet3'.... 'Sheet2' & 'Sheet3' are blankl;
so nothing to work with in this

-Add a File - click advanced (next to quick post), scroll to manage attachments, click, select add files, click select files, select file, click upload, when file shows up at bottom left, click done (bottom right), click submit
-To mark thread Solved- go top of thread,click Thread Tools,click Mark as Solved

That gives something to work with at least, but I still have no idea of what you expect to see, so...
lets try this as a test run of the basic idea;
First, I broke all your merged cells, and used center across selection instead (merged cells are a pain to write formulas around, therefore, gone)
then this in A2 of 'Main Page' :
