Need Formula to List Values Based on Multiple Criteria

What I want to do is in cell A9 on the NWA tab, I want to create a formula that will search the Data tab for A6 and C6 on the first tab and return the corresponding NWA from the second tab. My problem is A6 and C6 do not create unique values, so for all the values that correspond to that combination, I want them to list out on the first tab in the subsequent cells.
