Extending data within a table

Hi,

I have created a table with various headers, in row one I have various formulas which I thought would just flow down the table when it is extended to accommodate more rows. This is not happening, any ideas?

give us a formula that you use and want to extend in more rows

1) Pls upload your sample here. In our forum..

2) No formulas, no validation list exist in your sample. Only filtered headers...

If we continue in this way we'll make 15 posts without to do anything..

Your mistaken about the data validations lists and formulas.

Type - Data Validation list
PAYMENT RECLAIM - Data Validation list
Cost Head - Data Validation list
Company - Data Validation list
Supplier - Data Validation list
Subtotal - Formular
Subtotal + 20% - Formular
VAT - Formular
JOB STATUS - Data Validation list
PAYEMT PROCESSED BY - Data Validation list
