FOrmula for alert when a certain time is reached

    Hi guys,

Can you help me create a sample formula that will create an alert or a box that will show student that are supposed to take their break based on the schedule.

    Example:

    Break schedule
    Student 1 9:00AM
    Student 2 9:30AM
    Student 3 9:00AM

    Condition:

    - When computer clock hits 9AM, an alert will pop up that will contain the Student 1 and 3 which will indicate that they are supposed to take their break schedules already.

Formula can't do this task You have to go for VBA solution or make use of Office Outlook

I think you need VBA to accomplish this, one of the timer functions so that the sheeet is constantly checking for if a student is supposed to be on break, you would aslo need some sort of limit on the display time of the alert, otherwise, once the student hit the first break, the alert would always show
A picture may be worth a thousand words, BUT, a sample Workbook is worth a thousand screenshots!
