date should not change on next day formula

    Hello friends,
In my database I have column 'b' containing current date base of 'today' formula. and column 'c' I want the date base on column 'b' which changes daily but I don't want to change it in column 'c'.
in short I want the date in serilly according the entries in database.

Column b' contains today formula range 'b8:b57' and I want the date in colunmn 'c' range 'c8:c57' which should not change on next day daily though the date in column 'b' changes daily.

    For example:
cell 'b8' contains 1/4/13 then cell 'c8' should contain the date base on cell 'b8' but should not change in next day respectively in column 'c' daily.
Because my next calculation is based on the date in column 'c' which I don't want to change daily according to column 'b' daily.
Please suggest me a formula for it at the earliest.
    Thanking you in anticipation.

    Mukesh

Re: date should not change on next day formula

I think this would require a VBA solution, to date stamp the c column cells....someone else may have a formula to accomplish this, but I can not think any..
A picture may be worth a thousand words, BUT, a sample Workbook is worth a thousand screenshots!
