hi Nolander01, welcome to the forum. it's very possible the cell is a Text. press CTRL + SHIFT + ~ to convert it to General. then press F2 in the cell & ENTER. if you have many cells to convert, select the range & go to Data -> Text to columns -> Next -> Next -> Finish
if it doesnt help, attach a sample excel file for us to see.
Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
