    Smile Performance Evaluation - Need to automate using function

    Hi All,

    I use to evaluate daily perfomance of the team manually in a spread sheet for various jobs. Since this is really been consuming a lot of time to get ready and would want to automate this evaluation part if someone provide a solution that would be really great and would really be saving more time for me.

    Here is the example data for various scenarios where the employee perfomance keeps change and for each change I need to display the evaluation remarks in Evaluation cell. I have already tried "IF" "AND" logical functions but not getting accurate remarks while testing the function when I keep changing scenarios one by one.

    Employee EntryProductivity VerifyProductivity Evaluation
    Target:275 Target:375
    ~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~
    A 198 0 Not met Entry Target -----Scenario 1
    A 198 389 Not met Entry Target ------Scenario 2
    A 0 250 Not met Verify Target -----Scenario 3
    A 280 250 Not met Verify Target -----Scenario 4
    A 221 350 Not met Entry & Verify Targets -----Scenario 5
    A 281 0 Good Work -----Scenario 6
    A 0 389 Good Work -----Scenario 8
    A 279 376 Good Work -----Scenario 9
    A 0 0 Task not performed -----Scenario 10
    Looking forward your valuable solution in this regard.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Balaji
    Put your sample data and what you want in a workbook instead and post that. Much easier to handle and understand.
