    need cell increment or button-function

    Hi, guys!

I'm in need of a function that automaticly increments a value from one cell to another, directly after typing in the value, or a button which does the same job.

In the picture you'll see a marked cells which I would want to type in a value between 1-50, and add that to the cells corresponding with the same row, one cell to the left of it. After the value is typed in and added to the other cell, it should automaticly be deleted (if thats possible).

Does excel have such a function? If not, I need a button to each row, which will take an incredible amount of time to complete, as there will be around hundreds of rows which will need either one button or more, as I see it.

The use of this worksheet is storage-managing, and I have everything I need except that function. I would like to add a number of incoming articles in the column described. Any smart way to do this?

    regards,

    How about a sample workbook?
the screenshot looks nice, but gives us nothing to work on, or information about what you expect to see
A picture may be worth a thousand words, BUT, a sample Workbook is worth a thousand screenshots!

    hiya, added a sample

    https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B2J7...it?usp=sharing

Want to enter a value in G3, and add that value to F3.

Then automaticly delete the entered value in G3.

    It's like a =F3+G3, but I don't want a formula in F3, only a function in G3.

Dunno if I'm explaining myself correctly :p

GOOGLE.Docs are not the same as EXCEL files..Different formulas available and MANY users will not goto a download site to see the info, me included !
Hope you have some luck with this

okay,I have the sample....but no idea of what you expect to show up where?
    is it I type 50 in 'Artikkeldata' cell G3, and H3 = 60?
I am truly sorry, but I can not see what you expect, from what input, where ?

Yes, exacly. But I want it to be repeatable without needing to delete the value.

Let's say this I want to add a value to an article called 'Coffiecup'. I read from a list of articles we just got, and I see from that list that we have 10 incoming Coffiecups. I add that value to a cell (where I want the function), and it adds itself to the number of previous stocked Coffiecups. Now, I read later on that another type of coffiecups just came on, and I want to add 12 more to that same article. Instead of the cell containing '10' (as of what we added before), it is empty, so I don't have to delete the value.

Sorry, it might be me thinking to complicated, or thinking of it too simplistic :p
