Error in VLOOKUP formula.

Hei Bro.

I have more than 750 puzzled order employee number in one column (D3:D15) and Sequence Employee Number & Name (both concatenated) in another column (H3:J15).
Now I would like to bring the exact name with Number from H3:J15 to match D3:D15.

I use below formula.
=VLOOKUP(D10,$H$3:$J$15,3)

But I get different value and it is not recognizing the exact match.
Is there any format for all these values.

I am too much confused. Please help.
