Count and multiply the result of checkbox

I need a formula that counting the checkbox, when it checked, and then multiply the result in the grades.
Ex. The grade for Excellent is 5, so if I checked 2 checkboxes, then the result will be 10
Ex. The grade for Fair is 2, so if I checked 3 checkboxes, then the result will be 6
