I want to extract the number after certain character (single or double digit). If there is no number after that character, it should give the default value of 1. The cell contains alpha-numeric character. I have the predefined character list. If the cell does not contain that character, the result sheet should be left as blank. I have given the possible problem and the expected solution in the table. Help would be acknowledged. Thanks
