Exclude min and max values from data set

    Hello,

I need some help. I'm trying to create an adjusted data set from an existing data set. My original data range has 15 cells B5:P5, for example. I would like to create a 13 cell data set by excluding the min and max values, and calculate the min and max values of the new set. Since there are only 15 data points, I was able to manually select the cells I needed to get by. But I would like to learn a formula to do that, especially if I have to collect more data. Thanks in advance.

    Here you go.

    Formula: copy to clipboard
    =LARGE($B5:$p5,1+B$17)
