Exclamation Using formula for count, but not able to subtract unneeded information

    Hello,

I am using a large amount of data, so I've attached oly a small portion, but will need to consolidate it for a pivot table.

    =IF(AND(K1=K2,L1=L2),0,1)

I'm using the above formula for count in row R, but I need it to count only the inbound call. How would I have it to recognize and not count any outbound calls in this row.(R).

Thank you in advance for any assistance.

    Maybe like this?

See the attached file (pivot table).
