The use of AI tools (e.g. chatGPT, BARD, GPT4 etc) to create forum answers is not permitted. If a user is believed to have used such tools to provide a forum answer, sanctions may be imposed.
HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK:Unregistered, Fast answers need clear examples. Post a small Excel sheet (not a picture) showing realistic & representative sample data WITHOUT confidential information (10-20 rows, not thousands...) and some manually calculated results. Employee current tensure to be ccalculated in Excel
Hi,

Can you help me in condition formating in excel,

In the attached file I am looking for a formula, when I open the file , it will display the tenure of the person from current date and date of Joining, and if in current month if the employee is completing 1,2,3,4,5 years it will be highlighted with resp colours.
