Convert distance to Latitude and longitude

I attached one excell file. i know first and last point. I need every point latitude and longitude.

You also missing a direction.
From a single point there is a cricle around it with same distance.

There is a infinite number of points with same distance.

Let me be more clear: If I tell you I'm a 150km away from you will you find me?
