Hello, These are my fields in the first column. I have 1000's of fields in such way.
I need to extract the name until it encounters this symbol "-" (without quotes).

The fields are as follows:
HADFIELDS PHARMACY - 7320 216TH ST SW, EDMONDS, WA 98026 - (rating 0/10)
HAGGEN FAIRHAVEN MARKET - 1401 12TH ST, BELLINGHAM, WA 98225 - (rating 0/10)
HAGGEN FOOD & PHARMACY - PO BOX 9704, BELLINGHAM, WA 98227 - (rating 0/10)
HALLS DRUG CENTER - 505 S TOWER AVE, CENTRALIA, WA 98531 - (rating 0/10)

And i need the result as this
