Formula to workout average for the month

Good Afternoon

I have a spreadsheet that I need to find the average log in for the month, but I cant seem to get it to work.

Here is the attached spreadsheet.

its the Average monthly login I need the percentage for.

Any Ideas!

I need to count the cells with numbers and not text but the standard count formula does not seem to do this
