Need to Convert Minutes to HH:MM please!

Good morning,

I am in the midst of creating a new excel sheet for our employees to use. They will be entering numbers in B1 and B2 themselves and these numbers will stand for minutes (so ex 1808 is 1,808 minutes). I have the formula figured out and inputed for B3 which is obviously =sum(B1+B2). Now I need to figure out a formula for 3,437 minutes to show in terms in HH:MM in B4. Does anyone know how I can format this line to convert B4 to HH:MM? I appreciate your help! Thank you all! -Ali

1 Time Logged (Medicaid Eligible) 1808
2 Time Logged (Non Medicaid Eligible) 1629
3 Total SC Time Logged 3437.00
4 Total SC time (HH:MM) ????

Column A is supposed to be over the words and column B is supposed to be over the numbers sorry!!

It's a report that auto prints out from a state website (that we have no control over). They calculate their time spent working by minutes served..... So total minutes is all that the employees are given. I was hoping to make it super easy for all of them to calculate to HH:MM for them :/ Is it possible? Thank you for your time!
