    Lookup Value for based on Certain Criteria [Solved]

    Dear All,

    Need your help with regards to captioned scenario.

    I have one work with Sheets named Input & Output.

    In Input Sheet I have 4 columns named Type, Login Date, Customer Name, Status
    In Output Sheet I need output only for particular type. Dummy Sheet attached for reference.

    Any kind of help is appreciated.
