    formula to look up value and return the earliest date?

    Hi,
    in the attached i have two sheets, i want to enter a formula into column B (date) on the first sheet that will look up column A's value in the table in the second sheet and return the earliest date that corresponds to that value...if the value cannot be found i want it to stay blank.
    can anyone help?
