finding duplicate records and removing

This formula is execute only few range only
=COUNTIF($A$2:$A$22,$A2)
if i have more records what is formula can use (commonly to find duplicate records)

In 2007 and later versions, Excel has a special method called removeduplicates, that can do this with one click.
If you want to do it in Excel 2003 though, you should use the advanced filter.
