Populating rows based on info in a master sheet

Hey guys and gals. I'm looking for some help with a workbook I have to use for work. I'm entering redundant info on several different sheets and I know there has to be an easy way to share redundant values across several sheets but I have been searching for the better part of this week and have not found exactly what I'm looking for. What I want is to have to enter the data for the cable pair sheet and then populate the rows in the other sheets when I type in the cable pair info in different rows in that particular sheet. I have attached a sample of the workbook with the sheets. I may be explaining it wrong but when you look at it I think it will be clear what I'm trying to do. Thanks.

It will be good if you explain with the help of your file. You will need to specify what data should be copied where.
