Totals based on a cell value

Hi,

I've attached my worksheet for this, it relates to the inbound sheet.

In cell R8 I would like to put in a formula that will look at the value in Q8 and match it to the values in column H, if there's a match then total up all the Quantities that relate to that value in the column C and put the total in R8.

Could anyone possibly help.
