INDEX MATCH Trouble

Hi
I'm having trouble with this index-match formula.
I just need to find the values in la match in column b and c in sheet 3 and return them in column d, it must find them in sheet 2.
So far I made this formula but something is wrong:

for your 2nd match() you need to use just row 1 not the entire range

=INDEX(Sheet2!$A$1:$L$39,MATCH(B2,Sheet2!$A$1:$A$39,0),MATCH(C2,Sheet2!$A$1:$L$1,0))

In D2 enter =INDEX(Sheet2!$B$2:$L$39,MATCH(B2,Sheet2!$A$2:$A$39,0),MATCH(C2,Sheet2!$B$1:$L$1,0)) and drag it down
