Select between multiple rows the max from a column and add the sum in different cell

    Hello,

I require your help to solve the next situation:
I need a formula that compares if a number of values found in column A match, i need to extract the one that have the maximum value from the D column and put it in a new column. Then I need to make a sum (in another new column) of all the values from the rows that have the same name, and delete all the others with the same name.
And there is another thing. If in column B there are different values "ron" and "eur" I want to keep the cells that have the maximum days both from "ron" and "eur".

For example: I compare all the values from A column that have the name "a" and there are 5 of them. Then I look to column D and select the one that has the maximum days in this case Column D Row 6 with 14 days. Then I turn to C column Row 6 and to the value 5 I add 4, 3 ,2,1 resulting a sum of 15. After that I want to remove the rows 2 to 5.

What do you think? It can be done?
    Thank you very much!
