I created a timesheet that is linked to a legend in another sheet. It does everything I want it to do, however, if there are mid year changes to the rates of pay, of course any change put in the legend will affect all the timesheets.

Is there a way to maintain the legend but keep any rate changes in the pertinent timesheets only. For instance, if the rate of pay for all January & February pay dates is $25.00/hr then changes to $25.50 beginning the first pay period in March. This would be the same for my longevity calc. It automatically increases based on the years of service and current date, however it changed the rates for that pay code on all the timesheets.

I don't mind entering another legend for those timesheets that will be affected but I want the supervisors to maintain these sheets on their own without me having to constantly update.

There has to be a better way than what I've done but if you play with the timesheet a little, the pay codes drive the rates and each day you would simply enter the number of hours associated with each pay code.
