count occurances in column

Hi there, I have a list of fruit in column A. A snippet is show below.

I want to put 2 numbers next to each. The fist is the amount of occurances in the list, and the second is which occurance this particular row is.

So example list below

apple
Orange
apple
banana
Cherry
Orange
Cherry
Cherry
pear
banana
apple

Would look like this (for apple)

fruit count occurance
apple 3 1
Orange
apple 3 2
bannana
Cherry
Orange
Cherry
Cherry
pear
bannana
apple 3 3
