formula for linear monthly growth

Hello,

I have number of data by months in excel file (see attached).

Based on the data, i would like to produce linear monthly growth values until March 2015.

could someone please help me here?

yes, you are correct, it doen't look accurate (as you can see on the attached chart). How to make accurate?

do you mind to explain what time seeries require to do more analysis?
