Return a value based on different information in one cell

Hi all,

I hope someone can help me.

In cell B1, I want to put a formula as follows:

If A1=Yes, return a 2
If A1=No, return a 1
If A1 contains something other than Yes or No, return a 0

I think it should be so simple, but it is driving me mad !!!
