I have this Accuracy Compute template that will compute for the accuracy.
Formula to get average accuracy = Total errors/Volume of worked
To compute the Average Accuracy, I have this two spreadsheets that have data we needed.
a) Sample Accuracy - List of errors (Color red only)
b) Core Consolidated DATASHEET - list of the volume worked.
I want to populate the average accuracy in Accuracy Compute template based on the two spreadsheet's "Date Received" and "Project Coordinator".
Sample Accuracy - Date Received = Column L, Project Coordinator = Column A
Core Consolidated DATASHEET - Date Received = Column H, Project Coordinator = Column F
For example:
in Sample Accuracy (Color Red Only), Project Coordinator = Rowena Uchi, Date and Time Received = 1/25/13
in Core Consolidated DATASHEET, Project Coordinator = Rowena Uchi, Date and Time Received = 1/25/13
Rowena Uchi got 2 errors for 1/25/13 with process of 6 volumes, so the average accuracy of Rowena should be 33.33% [ = 2/6 ] (I've format the result cell to *percentage*, so you can get 33.33% of 2/6)
I want now to populate the result accuracy in Accuracy Compute with the corresponding date. Thanks in advance.
