create a dashboard or new way to present the data

Guys,

Need your support on a KPI monitoring sheet, I am trying to create a dashboard which is cool and informative on the data I have on the sheet. This sheet contains KPI'S for N# of managers in the organization need help in getting this data to mean more and as there are a lot of KPI's and this data is not presentable as a dashboard as loses its objective if displayed this way.
This is my first time on such dashboard would appreciate your help.
