Search Value (Vlookup ?)

So in D36 I want it searches the beginning time of an employee, which is in AE36. And in E36 there should be the value in AE37.
I Already did VLOOKUP, not gna work as there are 2 rows with the same date.
How do I make it search properly? Im not gna place it next to the first valua manually. And there are dates when an employee forget to check out so theres only a beginning time (dont think it should affect the searchign criteria, it will probably say N/A.

Ps. How do I make it delete the N/A value automatically, so empty. Something like =IF "" ?
