Transform monthly schedule to week basis

Hello,

Can someone please help me transform the attached monthly work schedule to a weekly model? Excel automatically colors the cells in the first chart, I would like to divide each month to four pieces (as in the second example) and use it as a weekly time schedule template, again keeping the formula for excel to paint the cells automatically. Assuming each cell is a week would work fine for me.
