wheni select the motor name that particular colum wil be displayed in record sheet

Hi Freinds..

How to solve this problem, is there any idea freinds..

In record sheet when i select the 12M - 3, then database's Column A3 and Column A4 wil be displayed

and

when i select the 14M - 3, then database's A3 and A13 column wil be displayed in record sheet.

To avoid zeros you can either set the sheet options to NOT display zeros for blank cells, or find the cells that are providing the zeros and if they are formulae change zero for a blank character, i.e. the double quotes ""

To avoid errors you can wrap the formula in an =IFERROR() function. i.e.
