Joining two tables using a common column

Hi all,

I've searched but have not been able to find a problem similar to mine. So I apologize if somebody have already asked the same question.

I attached an excel file should you need more info.

I basically want to join the two tables in Sheet 1 and Sheet 2 using the email column from each sheet. If email is matched, then join the rows, otherwise leave blank or #N/A
