    Conditional Formatting Adding Colors

Here's the thing I'm using Regex replace is it possible to highlight all the changes done once you input the factors to be replaced like on my example i wrote blue in the cell beside "With Regex" so they will replace all values that has "Maria" to "blue". How to add color to all the cells that has been changed based from my example all that has the word blue. Gladly appreciate if any one can guide me through this. TIA!!!
