    Talking Diff. between Vlookup and Match/Index

    Hi all,

    I have just join today..Very new this forum.

    Just realised that I have lots to ask you all...

    Now, currently I am facing a problem with one Table in which I have manage to get the result through Match/Index But not been able to find out the same answer with VLOOKUP

    Please, see the enclosed and help me.

    VLOOKUP vs INDEX:
    H14=VLOOKUP(D12,A4:H10,MATCH(D13,A4:H4,0),0)
