Multiple VLOOPUP Values and Criteria

Hi,

I have been working on something for 3 days, and I have hit a brick wall. I need to have this chart look for 3 values in 3 cells and return a value to a cell based on the values in the 3 cells. I know!

Here is what I need to do.

I need column K on the "Customer Entity LIst" to populate the information from The "Signature" tab that is applicable based on the value entered in B1 C1 and D1. I need a formula that will look at the "Customer Entity list" cells B1 C1 and D1 and say, Corp + AL = "Authorized Person" in K21.

I hope this makes sense and someone can lend a hand.
