Any one can help me giving a value to a certain char..

i'm from a small company of courier business and i am trying to figure out which formula is used to give the sum for the following value:

K=70/25 PER KILO MINIMUM OF TWO KILO
M=45
R=35
SD1=25 per kilo

im just trying to figure out if i enter "k" it give's it value, them if i enter SD1 it gives its value with additional kilogram in one cell..

IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME IT THIS MATTER JUST GIVE A PRIVATE MESSAGE THANKS A LOT...
