    i want an easy formula that can change name like this..

    Ragavendra - R
    Abdul Hasaad - A H
    Mohamad Nasrin Sharma - M N S
    Abdul Hamed Ibrahim Kaboor - A H I K


    Please make very easy formula to do this excel operation...
