Column to Row Calcualtion

I am doing a campaign and need to transform the top 3 products per customer to a usable list.

I have listed manually the results for customer A ( I2:O2) and B (I3:O3), from the list on the left (customer A is A2:C4, and customer B A5:C7).

I have attached a example and need help to create a formula in "Orange" (Columns I4:O5) for customers C and D.

I have just inserted a column for calculating desired result.


What u all need to do is just enter "Customer" manually

The attached file shows one way you can do this. I've used helper columns E and F, with formulae on row 2 copied down.
