    Formula to calculate a % of a capped value. Frustrated!

    Hello,

    I am stumped. I'd like to calculate a % against the first $25K of total that is reported quarterly. I've tried nested if statements without success. Currently, I write the formula manually; there has to be a quicker way.
    Would someone be kind an offer suggestions? Example is attached.
