Mulitple Results from a Vlookup

Hi,

I hope someone can help me here.

I am attempting to do a vlookup on the data that is highlighted in yellow and to return matching results on the Employer Number in A3 with L3 pulling through whatever is in Column M i.e. the vlookup for this would be

= vlookup(A3,L3:N139729,2,False)

However some of the entries in column A could have multiples in Column M and ideally i need to pull these entries into columns D,E,F etc

Can someone point me in the right direction please, as i am really struggling now
