"If" function with Multiple Ref Cells in Text and Return Value

Hi All
I have a form to calculate value with "if" or just return blank or "-".
I am not sure what type of functions i should use and how to link 3 words to returns value<(with max option), i think i am doing it correctly in max function, just the combination, i am confused with>

Example,

E2 + F2 + G2 = SEA, IMP, LCL = =MAX(ROUNDUP((F14/1000),0),(ROUNDUP(G14,0)))

E2 + F2 + G2 = (Any others combinations of words) = Blank or "-"
