    Conditional Formatting for counting down to a due date

    I would appreciate any assistance in solving my problem.

    As you can see in my attachment it is not that complex but I cannot figure out how to apply conditional formatting to what I need.

    The only cells that I need to format are the ones with dates. Each dated cell has a specific "Review Due Date" that is assigned to review an instruction or policy. As the date draws closer I am needing the color to change. I am looking to have a specific time period from the due date, 90 days or more - green, 60 days - yellow and 30 days - red. In other words it is a count down to the review due date. I can conditionally format for one specific function but I unable to figure out how to write the different arguments I need for changing the colors.

    I much appreciate anyones help.

    Example Assigned Initiatives 2013.xlsx

    Attached has this done for you.

    Formating Rules (C4)
    Green 90 or more days =(C4-$A$2)>=90
    Blue 61 - 89 days =AND((C4-$A$2)<=89,(C4-$A$2)>=61)
    Yellow 31 - 60 days =AND((C4-$A$2)<=60,(C4-$A$2)>=31)
    Red 30 or less days =(C4-$A$2)<=30
    White Blank =ISBLANK(C4)

    I've included blue as this time frame was missed in your explination (unless i misread your post) and a white format for blank cells (without this they would turn red).

    Hope this helps
