GM All!

I could certainley use your genious brains right now. I have a sales spreadsheet and cannot for the life of me figure out the formula/function needed to format this spreadsheet correctly. ARCUSTSALESHISTORY_WITH TOTAL SALES FORMULAS_COURTFILE.xls

I need to reflect each customer's sales #'s in the correct annual column. I can pretty much figure that part out, but I need to also merge these customers together in one row for their 3 year sales data. Example (Alabama Power has three rows reflecting 2011, 2012, and 2013. Can a formula be created to delete or hide the other two lines and have that data reflect in the first row?)

This report show exactly how it's pulled in from our accounting system. Can you guys help me out? I'm in a major bind with this thing....way over my head too!
