Formula to Convert First/Last Name to 1st Letter of 1st Name + Full Last Name

Hello, I was able to get help with an issue similar to this last time so I figured I would post here. This is an example of what I want to do:

A group of cells with a full name (example, Tom Henry - Cell A1) I want to convert that to T. Henry in Cell B1.

I want to use the formula for this because I will want to change a large group of cells from the full name to first initial of first name + full last name.

    Thanks!

    Hi.

    Check this out:

    =LEFT(A1,1) & " " & TRIM(MID(A1,FIND(" ",A1),LEN(A1)))
Click *, if my suggestion helps you. Have a good day!!

    You could try
    =RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-FIND(" ",A1))&" "&LEFT(A1,1)&"."
Gives the wrong formate! Did not read OP's request properly my bad.
