How do I use Conditional Formatting with multiple criteria?

Hi. I am a Non-union freelance film/video editor. I've just created an excel spreadsheet to track my income.

In order to unionize, I have to have 175 work days of editing (where I work 8 hours or more) at at least minimum wage. I have successfully created a counter for that in the corner of the sheet.

My problem is that I want to use Conditional Formatting to put a green flag in the cells of the E column that have a value of 8 or higher, and an I column value of $8.25 or higher. This is so I can easily see which jobs qualify. I also want to put a yellow flag in the E column cells that have 8 or more hours, but less than $8.25 (Including $0.00, so I can discuss payment with my clients in the future). If there is no data in the E cell, I don't want a flag.

I hope that all makes sense. My spreadsheet is attached.

Thanks in advance for your help.
